Terms of sale

Last updated 4 November 2026. These terms cover purchases from the shop. The community terms cover accounts and posts.

Who sells

Printed products are sold by Press Experts Limited through FeelArtsy. House lines (Lumen Wash, Meridian Block, Field Pigment, Alley Mark, Still Form, and any later line marked the same way) are FeelArtsy Studio collections. They are not independent artists. Community makers who post in the studio are separate, and a studio post is not an offer to sell unless it is also a product page.

The contract

A product page is an invitation to buy. You offer to buy when you pay at checkout. The contract is made when we accept payment and Stripe confirms it. We may refuse an order we cannot fulfil, and if we do we refund what you paid us.

Price and payment

Prices are in euro. Checkout shows the print total and the shipping rate you choose. Card payments are taken by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Customs duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are extra and are not part of our price.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and rates are in the shipping note. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the address you gave. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Withdrawal and faults

Returns, the 14-day withdrawal right, and the exception for personalised prints are described on the returns page, which is part of these terms.

The artwork

Shop artwork is designed by FeelArtsy Studio. A print is not a hand-painted original, and a house line is not an independent artist. Decorative frames shown in photographs are not included. A canvas listing includes the stretcher described on that page.
