14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to give a reason. Email hello@feelartsy.com with your order reference before the 14 days end. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the goods, and the standard outbound shipping you paid, within 14 days of getting the goods back or of you showing they were sent. You pay the cost of sending them back unless the goods were faulty.

Made to your specification

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specification, or clearly personalised, once we have started making them. That covers a print where you supplied the picture, the words, or a size we do not list. A standard size from the shop, with the picture shown on the product page, is not personalised, and the 14-day right still applies.

Faulty or not as described

If a print arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the page, email us with a photo. We will replace it, repair it, or refund it, including a reasonable return cost. Consumer law on faulty goods is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and is not cut down to 14 days.
