Terms
Last updated 4 November 2026. These terms are the house rules. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your country.
The studio
FeelArtsy is a place to show handmade work: painting, illustration, design, embroidery, pyrography, knitting and crochet, woodwork, ceramics, paper, patterns, drawings, and technical sketches. It is operated by Press Experts Limited. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the community guidelines. You need to be 16 or older.
Your content
You keep the copyright in photos, text, patterns, and files you upload. You promise that you have the rights to post them, including the rights of anyone else who appears or whose design you used. You grant FeelArtsy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and adapt the content only as needed to run the site (for example, compressed images and thumbnails). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made for backups and for the time it takes caches to expire.
Patterns are free for personal making unless the maker’s description says otherwise. Selling a product that uses someone else’s pattern, or redistributing the file, needs the maker’s permission. Credit the maker when you show what you made from their chart.
Other people’s copyright
Do not upload work you do not have the right to share. If you believe a page infringes your copyright, follow the copyright and takedown process or use Report and choose Copyright. We may hide the content while we review it.
Acceptable use
Do not harass people, post sexual content involving anyone under 18, spam, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or try to break into accounts. We may hide content, close accounts, and keep a record of reports where the law asks us to.
Challenges
Monthly challenges are themes and galleries. They are not prize draws, lotteries, or paid contests. There is no entry fee and no award of money or goods unless a future challenge says so, in writing, on that challenge’s page.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. You can delete the account from Settings. Deletion is described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The shop
Printed goods are sold by Press Experts Limited under the terms of sale, the shipping note, and the returns note. Designer lines are FeelArtsy Studio collections. They are not independent artists. Community makers stay separate from those lines.
The sample studio
Until a database is connected, and whenever the database cannot be reached, the site shows a sample studio. Community pieces there are not offers to sell objects, and those maker names are fictional. The shop catalog is artwork designed by FeelArtsy Studio for print.
Liability
The studio is provided as it stands. We do not promise that a pattern is safe for every material or that a measured drawing is fit to build from without checking it on site. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
