Privacy
Last updated 4 November 2026. This is the policy for feelartsy.com. It is not legal advice.
FeelArtsy sells printed products and hosts a studio for people who make things by hand. The operator of this site (“we”) is Press Experts Limited, the data controller for the personal data described here. Write to privacy@feelartsy.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, and, if you choose Google, the name and email Google shares with the sign-in.
- Profile data you add: name, username, bio, city, country, avatar, website, Instagram handle, and crafts.
- Content you publish: photographs, descriptions, patterns, comments, likes, follows, collections, and challenge submissions.
- Reports you file, and the reason you give.
- Newsletter address, if you type one into a signup field, plus where on the site you did it.
- Weekly trend letter: the email you give, the consent text you tick, and whether you are still pending, confirmed, or unsubscribed. A new signup stays pending until a confirmation is sent and accepted. We do not send the letter before that.
- Orders: the email on the payment, the delivery name and address, what you bought, the amounts, and the Stripe payment identifiers. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes the card.
- A basket kept in this browser. If you are signed in and the server has a secret key, a copy of that basket is stored against your account.
- Technical logs our hosts keep in order to run the service (IP address, browser, time). We do not run advertising trackers.
Why
We process account and content data to provide the studio you asked for (contract). We process reports and moderation notes to keep the place lawful and safe (legitimate interests). The newsletter is sent only with your consent, and you can withdraw it by writing to us. We do not sell personal data.
Images and other people’s copyright
You keep the copyright in what you upload. You give FeelArtsy a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and make technical copies (thumbnails, compressed images) so the page can load. Upload only work you have the right to share. If you believe something here copies your work, use Report and choose Copyright, or email copyright@feelartsy.com with the URL, what you own, and how to reach you. See the terms.
Who else sees it
Public profiles, pieces, and comments are visible to anyone. Private collections are not. Order details are visible to you and to stewards. We use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) in the us-east-1 region, Vercel to host the site, and Stripe to take payment and collect the delivery address. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in. These providers act so we can run the service. Because the database and Stripe are in the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country. We rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards for that transfer.
How long
We keep account data while the account exists. We keep order records, including the delivery address, for as long as tax and consumer law require us to show what was sold. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs follow the host’s ordinary retention. Hidden pieces stay in the database so a steward can restore them, and they are not shown on public pages.
Your rights
If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to some processing, and to withdraw newsletter consent. Use Settings to download a JSON copy and to delete the account. Deletion removes or anonymises your profile, hides your pieces, and deletes your comments, likes, and follows. If the server has a secret key, the login itself is deleted too. If it does not, email privacy@feelartsy.com and we will finish removing the auth user. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children
FeelArtsy is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for younger children.
