Copyright and takedown

This is the notice process for feelartsy.com. It is not legal advice. The operator is Press Experts Limited.

You keep the copyright in what you upload. You may only post work you have the right to share. If a page uses your photograph, pattern, or text without permission, tell us and we will review it.

How to send a notice

Email copyright@feelartsy.com or use Report and choose Copyright. Include:

  1. The URL of the page on FeelArtsy.
  2. A description of the work you own, and where we can see the original.
  3. Your name and an email or postal address.
  4. A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We hide the page while we look, when the notice is complete. We write to the member who posted it. They may send a counter-notice. If they do, and you do not start a court action we can point to, we may restore the page. Repeat infringement can close an account.

Sample studio pieces are labelled Sample. Their photographs are used under the licence named on the piece, with the photographer credited. Those credits are not a claim that the sample maker took the photo.

The house rules are in the terms and the community guidelines.
